The cost of a bail bond in California is set by law to be 10 percent of the total amount of a bail bond. (Federal Bonds are slightly higher.) So if the bail bond is set by the court at $10,000 the bail premium would in fact be $1000. Our company has asked for special permission from the California Insurance Department to offer a 20 percent discount from your bail premium if you meet any of the following requirements. The following discounts cannot be combined.

A 20% percent discount is available to anyone who has received the services of a private attorney prior to bailing out with our company. We verify this by calling your attorney and are always happy to work with your legal team to make your release as quick and painless as possible.
